Funding to DHS should be halted until significant safeguards have been put in place for all the sub agencies including ICE. Specific safeguards must include the following: No entry into homes or vehicles without judicial warrant. Badges are to be worn at all times. Masks are not to be worn in any circumstances Body cameras shall be worn during the entire , All allegations of misconduct will be investigated by a truly independent board.
