Outsourcing is out of control

There have been many employers, including mine, who are laying off American workers and outsourcing jobs to India and other countries. This is not sustainable for our economy. Companies who do this should have to pay a tax to outsource the jobs to offset the burden put on public services by those who have lost income. Anecdotally, I’m seeing people being out of work for a couple of years and putting in literally thousands of applications. Please use your office to protect American jobs and support Americans who have lost access to income and healthcare.
