From the Wall Street Journal: “The U.S. has turned down repeated requests for tanker escorts from oil companies, said officials from Gulf countries. Defense officials say it is too risky to send warships into the confined waters of the strait” (of Hormuz) Trump and his staff lie, then waffle and weave to make lies look like they maybe, somehow, eventually, could be truths. Trump plays with the most powerful military in the world, the world economy, and the U.S. Constitution like they are all his personal toys. A cult leader is running the world. There are only two possible outcomes: the cult will collapse and everyone else will have to pick up the pieces, if they can be picked up, or, the cult leader has to be stopped and the cult shown for what it is. Members of Congress must do their job. The consequences of failing to do so are unimaginable.
