Return all prisoners from foreign prisons that were sent there from the US without due process or legal representation. At *minimum* they, as human beings, are owed these things, as well as humane conditions if imprisoned. It does not matter if they are citizens or not, it doesn't matter if they're presumed guilty or not. Thank you,
