What happened to separation of powers? What happened to checks and balances by the branches of government? Congress let this president arbitrarily impose tariffs, an awful regressive tax on the American people, a tax the Supreme Court finally acknowledges is illegal. Congress has let this president, and given him huge sums of money, to build a poorly trained, heavily armed paramilitary force occupying American cities, detaining people without due process and killing American citizens without any cause. Congress has allowed this president to continue to bomb boats and murder people, without evidence, on the seas off the South American coast. And now this president has joined Israel and Arab nations in making war on Iran, without evidence, without any pretense of emergency, without the legally required consent of Congress. DO YOUR JOB - USE YOUR POWER TO PUT LIMITS ON THIS PRESIDENT!
