A loan company that is partially owned by Don Trump Jr. has acquired email addresses of American military personnel and is offering them loans at 18%. These soldiers and airmen and sailors are not being paid because of the shutdown. This predatory lending scam aimed at our service members is so incredibly unethical that I don’t even have words. When is Congress going to start pressuring this administration to stop the graft? Regardless of your party affiliation, you all took oaths to uphold the Constitution. Some of you are loyal to a man, not the country; I’m looking at you, Mr. Crank. As for the democrats receiving this letter, GET TOUGH! Play rougher. Be more vocal. Petition Governor Polis to join other governors in fighting back for the people. Uphold and defend that Constitution. This nation is at risk of being taken over by an authoritarian wannabe dictator and his vile family members who are all getting richer by the minute while the working class can’t afford groceries and clothing. Try harder. Do the important and difficult work you signed up for and swore to do.
