I’m writing, yet again, to express my horror and anger at what ICE is doing to our communities, currently in Charlotte. They are acting with seeming impunity, targeting citizens and noncitizens alike, smashing windows, thrusting guns in onlookers faces, and ignoring all law and due process. Americans don’t want this and we will not tolerate it any longer. ICE needs to be reined in and held accountable for their lawlessness and brutality. I will never forget this moment in our history, and I will never forgive the lawmakers that allowed it to happen. ICE has to be stopped. Please continue to speak out against them and do everything in your power to hold them accountable. Thank you.
