Dear Rep. Schrier I strongly request that you investigate the whereabouts of Elsy Amaya-Diaz and her nine year old son, Cesar Amaya-Diaz, who were detained February 12th 2026. As I’m sure you are aware, information regarding their whereabouts is unknown. They need their rights protected. They must have advocates.
