Please do Not permanently gut USAID. You are already complicit in the unnecessary and cruel deaths of thousands of the Most Vulnerable from deadly cuts to life-saving AIDS and famine relief in Africa. These programs created such goodwill for the US via low cost soft power. Reinstate these important and valuable programs now. China and Russia are filling in the vacuum we leave.
