Amend or repeal the provision in Nevada AB45 that allows political action committees to spend money influencing an election without disclosing their funding until after voters have cast their ballots. Please introduce and support legislation requiring PACs that raise or spend money to influence an upcoming election to promptly report significant contributions and expenditures before voters cast their ballots (including before early voting would begin). Transparency helps voters and strengthens confidence in our elections. I urge you to make closing this loophole a priority.
