Urgent: Immediate Action Required Regarding Presidential Fitness

To: Sen. Marshall, Rep. Schmidt, Sen. Moran

From: A verified voter in Neodesha, KS

April 7

I am writing to urge you to take immediate action regarding the fitness of President Donald Trump to continue serving in office. Recent public statements made by the President—including a deeply alarming Easter message—demonstrate a level of instability that is incompatible with the responsibilities of the presidency. The language used was erratic, apocalyptic, and detached from reality. It raises serious concerns about his ability to make rational, measured decisions on behalf of the American people. Even more concerning are statements that suggest support for or willingness to engage in actions that could amount to war crimes. This is not hypothetical rhetoric—this is the kind of language that, if acted upon, could result in catastrophic loss of life and destabilization on a global scale. The presidency requires sound judgment, emotional stability, and a commitment to the rule of law. Based on these recent statements, it is clear that President Trump no longer meets that standard. For the safety of the American people and the world, I urge you to act immediately. This includes pursuing removal through the 25th Amendment or initiating impeachment proceedings in Congress. Delaying action in a moment like this carries unacceptable risks. The stakes are too high to ignore clear warning signs. Please fulfill your constitutional duty and take decisive action.
