If Democrats win the House, they must move to impeach President Trump. Choosing not to would mean forfeiting the single most powerful tool available to hold him accountable for the corruption, cruelty, incompetence, and unconstitutional conduct that have defined this administration. That is not a trade-off I'm willing to accept, and it shouldn't be one you're willing to make either.
A majority without the will to use it is just a number. The American public would hand Democrats that majority precisely because they want accountability — real accountability, not press releases and strongly worded letters. Passing on impeachment isn't strategic caution; it's a failure of nerve that lets this administration's abuses stand unchallenged in the historical record. Do your job and begin impeachment proceedings.
