Block the State Department's $2.8 billion arms sale to Israel, reject any occupation of Gaza by Israeli forces, and oppose any new military financing partnership with Israel. Despite a ceasefire agreement reached on October 10, 2025, the Israeli government continues violating the truce almost daily, killing hundreds of Palestinians and demolishing thousands of buildings. The UN has characterized these actions as genocide. Congress must conduct oversight and act. The Trump administration's plan to rebuild Gaza through a "Board of Peace" stacked with oligarchs is not reconstruction — it's a land grab. Jared Kushner's Davos pitch for skyscrapers and luxury resorts would enrich Trump's inner circle, not the Palestinian people who actually live there. Gaza must be rebuilt for Palestinians, not turned into a real estate opportunity for the well-connected. Support a resolution recognizing a Palestinian state and push for a genuine two-state solution. The Heritage Foundation's recommendations to elevate Israel to a "partnership" role and transition military financing to direct arms sales would deepen U.S. complicity in ongoing violence. That path must be rejected.
