Senators, I'm writing because my email is blowing up about the aca subsidies. I assume you'll be supporting those, but my ask is to get anything else you possibly can added in. As you know, our state leg season just started and it's a nightmare. We need more federal funding today. I hope the state millionaire tax will pass, but it'll be sued to oblivion even then so it isn't going to help us this year. People are suffering and terrified today. Ice murders, lousy jobs but being terrified of loosing even that, schools, keeping their kids cared for and fed, hoping they don't get the g on to flu, not to mention keeping up with electricity, water, cell, internet, medical care both past and future, and ever-growing credit-card debt we're relyin make ends meet. I saw Senator Warren on msnbc last night saying trump called her about affordability. I'm shocked, but I think it means the gop and trump personally are terrified. Fight to get anything you can pushed through with the aca subsidies - cfpb, restoring some Medicaid, Medicare, and VA funding, cc interest rate ceiling, cutting ice funding, letting the irs make their own free tax file software, reining in doj, a relief check I wish. Frankly anything you think you can get to fly. I think right now people need hope that our govt can do anything at all positive. We're desperate, I'm desperate. Please help.
