Mr. Johnson and Mr. Grothman, I’m just very curious why you think that the Senate and House should cater only to the top 0.01 %. They are the smallest portion of the US, need the help of government the least. Every single thing Trump has done from tariffs to his insider trading to his removal of services is to enrich the billionaires. You can’t possibly think that’s an appropriate use of government. You can’t possibly think the ultra wealthy should pay less tax than people who make a fraction of what they do. You can’t possibly think that removing services like education, health care , Social Security is good for the vast majority of the country. You hopefully don’t think that only the rich need help - when they don’t need help at all. In your old age, have you forgotten that President Lincoln said government is “of the people, by the people, FOR the people”! Donald Trump is hell bent on enriching himself and other millionaires while seriously hurting the rest of us. From his destruction of needed departments to his tariff idiocies, to his insider trading, he is only trying to enrich himself and other billionaires.i really would like to understand why you are doing nothing to stop him, when Congress has the power of the purse. Everything Trump is doing is illegal - including ignoring Supreme Court decisions- and you’re going along with it all. Why are you so intent on hurting the vast majority of your constituents? Karoline Leavitt quoted Trump as saying “ the Constituent is unconstitutional”. That’s insane which means all of you old congressional folks must also be insane. You were hired to represent your constituents. Not just billionaires. It’s time for you to do your job, represent all of us and impeach the most criminal President the country has ever seen. We do not want to be Nazi Germany.
