An Open Letter

To: Sen. Kennedy, Rep. Carter, Sen. Cassidy

From: A verified voter in New Orleans, LA

November 10

So now I see that the government may reopen but at the expense of my healthcare, and to make matters worse you have a provision in that bill that kills the hemp industry. What is wrong with y’all? Hemp has become a multi million dollar industry for Louisiana, but our state is hell bent on destroying industry for the benefit of a few. The only one benefiting from killing off hemp is the liquor industry here, and alcohol is proven to be far worse and more addictive. It’s hypocrisy! You killed my career first, now you’re killing my healthcare, and removing my ability to cope with how terrible you have made American life. This isn’t democracy, and it ain’t freedom. The only people that are free are the rich, but it comes at the expense of the working class. I literally couldn’t hate you more. You do NOTHING FOR US! All you do is tax us into the poor house while providing absolutely nothing. The US government is at an all time low on the scale of public trust and you continue to double down on on your efforts to inflict misery on the working class. You don’t represent me, or anyone I know. You’re nothing by hypocrite charlatans.
