This letter is not a plea—it is a demand. Immediate and decisive action is required in response to a blatant abuse of power, a serious national security breach, and a coordinated attack on a federal agency by operatives affiliated with Elon Musk.
In early March, individuals from the so-called "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE) were embedded inside the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), under the false pretense of improving efficiency. What they actually did was infiltrate the agency, install a secret system inside government servers, extract highly sensitive data—including union strategies, legal case details, corporate secrets, and personal information—and remove all traces of their activity.
This data was not related to cost-cutting or productivity. It was targeted. Strategic. Illegal.
Almost immediately, login attempts came from a Russian IP address using the correct credentials. This was not an outside hack—it was an inside job. When a whistleblower from the NLRB's IT staff tried to report the breach, he was threatened. A note was taped to his door with private information and drone surveillance photos of him walking his dog. This is intimidation straight out of an authoritarian playbook.
DOGE is not a reform initiative. It is a hostile operation masquerading as government oversight. And Elon Musk’s direct involvement cannot be ignored. This is not about efficiency—it is about power, data, and control.
Congress must act now. I demand the following:
A full-scale investigation into DOGE’s activities across all federal agencies, beginning with the NLRB.
Immediate subpoenas and public hearings to expose the extent of this infiltration.
Federal protections and support for the whistleblower and any other government employees targeted for speaking out.
Legislation that permanently bars private individuals or corporate-affiliated operatives from accessing government systems without transparent oversight and accountability.
This is not a matter of partisan politics. This is a matter of national security, labor rights, and the integrity of our democracy. If you fail to act, you are complicit.
We are watching. And we will remember who stood up—and who stayed silent.
