I am calling on you to speak out against President Trump's actions on Monday in freezing all federal aid. This is blatantly illegal; the Executive Branch can't unilaterally decide to ignore laws that were passed by Congress, especially when it comes to financial aid. MOC must take action, and clarify how they will stop the freeze and ensure that the millions who are directly impacted by financial aid will not be harmed. We are in the part of history where people will look back and ask why no one did anything to stop this. Please be someone we can say tried. For the sake of your constituents, including my infant daughter. I do not want her growing up in a country where her leaders won't even try to protect her.
