I am a constituent from Vandalia, OH. I am writing to urge Congress to oppose S.1748 - Kids Online Safety Act. I urge opposition to this bill due to its having too much regulatory authority in federal agencies. The duty to limit access for online usage is a parent's duty. Allowing the government to have control over access to the internet opposes people's right to self-determination.
