Our government derives its authority from the people. If Speaker Johnson or anyone else attempts to prevent duly elected members of Congress from taking office after the 2026 election, that will be an attack on representative government—and silence will be complicity.
Commit now to honoring every lawfully certified result and opposing any scheme to override the voters.
Do not mistake public restraint for consent. We will respond nonviolently but forcefully: organizing, demonstrating, documenting every action and vote, demanding lawful investigations, and working to remove from office everyone who participates or stands aside.
There will be public, political, electoral, and—if laws are broken—legal accountability.
The Constitution belongs to the people, not to a party or a Speaker. Tell me plainly: Will you defend the voters and ensure every duly elected representative is seated?
