I am writing to urge you to protect funding for lifesaving medical research. For decades, investments in medical research have led to breakthrough treatments and cures – saving and improving the lives of our loved ones. Without this funding, progress will stall, and we risk losing momentum. Medical and scientific research ensures our national security, creates jobs in our communities, and helps prevent needless suffering from diseases that affect millions, like diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s. Please fully fund medical research to ensure the continued progress that Americans are counting on
