We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, write to you not as partisans, but as Americans who believe in the rule of law and the Constitution you swore to defend. We urge you to act immediately to uphold Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and disqualify any individual who engaged in insurrection from holding office—including Donald J. Trump. The facts are no longer in dispute. Trump’s actions before, during, and after January 6, 2021—including his ongoing efforts to subvert the democratic process—meet the constitutional threshold for disqualification. The 2024 election, marred by unlawful manipulation and interference, further demonstrates the danger of allowing insurrectionist actors to operate unchecked within our system. Elon Musk, through his control of the newly deployed Direct-to-Cell (DTC) satellite array, has been implicated in actions that suggest interference with the secure transmission and counting of votes. On October 5, 2024, Musk texted the following to a colleague: "I'm feeling more optimistic after tonight. Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix." An hour later, he followed up with: "This isn't something on the chessboard, so they'll be quite surprised. 'Lasers' from space." These are not random musings. They directly correspond with the rapid assembly and launch of 265 low-orbit DTC satellites placed in orbital shells focused on key swing states between January 4 and October 30, 2024. In a subsequent public statement, Musk openly took credit for influencing the election results: "Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate." Scientific Validation of DTC Capabilities: It has been confirmed by multiple astrophysicists and experts that this specific satellite configuration is capable of intercepting and rerouting wireless communications- including data packets associated with voting machine systems. These experts are unable to go on record due to legitimate fear of political retaliation and institutional funding threats, but their technical assessments align with the forensic election data now under review by leading statisticians and cyber analysts. Section 3 is not optional. It is a constitutional mandate, designed specifically to protect our democracy from those who seek to destroy it from within. Your refusal to act sets a precedent that no oath matters and no violation is too great. We call on you to: - Publicly affirm your support for the enforcement of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. - Refuse to certify or seat candidates who aided or engaged in insurrection. - Initiate or support formal action to disqualify those who have violated their oath of office.
