Demand for Full Accountability and Immediate Investigation into Epstein Files
To: Sen. Cruz, Rep. Roy, Sen. Cornyn
From: A constituent in Bandera, TX
March 13
I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the Department of Justice’s ongoing failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. It is now March 2026—months past the December deadline—and we are still discovering that the DOJ "mistakenly" withheld critical FBI memos containing direct allegations of sexual abuse against President Donald Trump.
The recent disclosure of the 2019 FBI interviews with an accuser who alleges she was abused by Trump as a minor is sickening. The fact that these documents were "misfiled" while the President is in office is not a clerical error; it is a blatant cover-up.
I demand the following immediate actions:
- Full Release: Force the DOJ to release the entirety of the 6+ million pages collected. The American people will not accept selective transparency or "redaction by convenience" to protect powerful men.
- Public Testimony: The accuser mentioned in the March 5 release must be given a public platform and the protection necessary to testify before Congress.
- Impeachment Inquiry: These allegations, combined with the documented suppression of evidence by the DOJ, constitute a crisis of legitimacy. Congress must immediately begin investigations into these crimes and the subsequent obstruction of justice.
The DOJ works for the people, not as a shield for the Executive Branch. Your silence on this matter is complicity. I expect a formal response detailing exactly what steps you are taking to ensure these files are made public and that justice is served.
