New York Times Headline: “President Trump signed an executive order to exempt Russia from new sanctions legislation that Congress passed last month.” Every day a new Newspaper headline confirms what the November primary election issue is about. The issue is inaction of the GOP Congress leadership. The only solution the voters have, is to vote tobchange the Congressional Leadership. This is how “the Politics, takes care of the issue, when the Party has failed to”.
