ICE plans to purchase en masse devices called G.L.O.V.E which can administer an electric shock to "effect compliance." These gloves are not to be used on children or disabled people, yet those are two groups ICE frequently targets - I'm sure you can see the problem there. It is long past time for actual binding limits on violent tactics, mandatory de-escalation measures, unbiased and complete public reporting on use of force incidents, and an end to indiscriminate targeting of human beings by an organization that is not only not fulfilling its original stated purpose properly, it is operating outside the boundaries of the Constitution. They continue to operate in this manner because nobody is working to prevent their extreme behavior, or to enforce the laws that they continually break with zero consequence - a job you and many like you were elected to perform, and are failing miserably at.
