Five days remain until the February 13 DHS funding deadline. Vote NO on any package that includes ICE funding. Negotiations have failed. Republicans refuse accountability. Democrats proposed splitting the bill to fund TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard separately while excluding ICE. That is the correct path forward. Sixty-five percent of Americans say ICE has gone too far. Ninety-two percent of ICE's detention growth has been people with no criminal convictions. Federal judges have documented ICE violating nearly 100 court orders in January alone. ICE cannot be reformed. Defund this agency.
