I urge you to reject any bill to fund the government that does not protect healthcare access for all Americans.
The “Big Beautiful Bill” passed earlier this year is already going to do extreme damage to healthcare access for the most vulnerable Americans, don’t harm your constituents by passing a funding bill that guts access even more.
I’m 25 and will be losing access to my parents’ health insurance when I turn 26 in 6 months. Already, just from the cuts already made, it’s likely that paying for my own health insurance will stretch the limits of my ability. I may have to make the decision to forgo having health insurance, stressful prospect that I am upset about needing to consider.
Access to healthcare is a requirement for leading healthy, fulfilling lives. Don’t leave your constituents to the mercy of ever-rising healthcare premiums. Protect our health, vote no on funding bills that threaten healthcare access.
