I’m writing to urge you to oppose H.R. 1526, the No Rogue Rulings Act of 2025. This bill would stop federal district courts from issuing nationwide injunctions, even when laws or policies violate people’s rights. These injunctions are a vital tool to protect the public from harmful or unconstitutional actions while cases are being decided. Limiting the courts in this way weakens the balance of power and could allow unjust policies to remain in place for too long. Please vote no on H.R. 1526. We need a strong, independent judiciary now more than ever.
