there are more empty homes in america than there are homeless people. we don’t have a housing shortage. we have a system that treats homes as investment assets rather than places for humans to live. the math works perfectly, just not for the humans. China has a 90% homeownership rate by banning homes from being treated as speculation market. We need to be like China.
