Defund and disband ICE now. A documented report identified 152 ICE and Border Patrol agents with histories of sexual violence, domestic abuse, excessive force, and killings — in nearly half of those cases, the offenses were tied directly to their official duties. ICE agent Jonathan Ross shot and killed Renee Good and called her a slur afterward. This is not a few bad apples. This is the institution. What is happening in our communities is ethnic cleansing dressed up as border security. Civil immigration enforcement should mean due process, legal pathways, and office-based compliance — not armed agents with zero independent accountability terrorizing families. As Professor Peter Markowitz stated, civil law can be enforced "without the heavy-handed gestapo tactics and without mass detention." Vote to defund ICE and strip civil enforcement authority from armed agents immediately. This administration is completely out of control, and Congress has the constitutional obligation to act. Article 2, Section 4 exists for exactly this moment. The entire lawless regime must be impeached, convicted, and removed — and that means holding the architect of this chaos, Stephen Miller, fully accountable. Use every oversight and impeachment power available to you. The time for half-measures is over.
