Sir, I am generally satisfied with your work, however, I believe it is my duty as a citizen of California to make my desires to my legislators known. To that end, I am writing today to urge you to vote YES on SB 1105 (Protect California Rights Act). Our local and state police resources should not be used to support a federal agency known for acting outside the law, and using weapons of war against innocent civilians. I know that there may be risks of reprisal from the federal government, but this is a time to stand up and speak out. Regardless of any threats made by the White House, please, take what action you can to ensure the safety of our friends and neighbours in this wonderful state. Thank you for your service, and I hope you continue to be well.
