During your campaign, you pledged to prevent members of Congress and their immediate families from using their positions for personal financial gain, including prohibiting trading of individual stocks and derivatives. In light of these events, I urge you to take action to uphold these ethical standards. Specifically, I ask: • Will you support or introduce legislation to ban individual stock trading by members of Congress and their immediate families? • Will you call for an investigation into whether any members had prior knowledge of the tariff pause and acted on it for personal gain?
