Protect TTS from unauthorized access, ensure cybersecurity integrity

To: Sen. Kelly, Sen. Gallego, Rep. Ciscomani

The recent installation of Elon Musk ally Thomas Shedd atop the federal IT structure has thrown the Technology Transformation Services (TTS), housed within the General Services Administration (GSA), into disarray. TTS workers have been summoned into meetings to discuss their code and projects with unvetted individuals, including a recent high school graduate and former Neuralink intern, who lack government credentials. This appears to be part of a hostile takeover attempt, jeopardizing the security of highly sensitive government data and systems. Allowing unauthorized access to TTS's troves of cross-agency data and platforms poses severe risks of breaches, privacy violations, and misuse of confidential information impacting millions of Americans. Maintaining robust cybersecurity through strict access controls and thorough vetting is crucial to protect citizens' rights and nation's critical infrastructure from exploitation by malicious actors. The American people need transparency for what is going on. Does Elon Musk plan to implement AI across the federal government, replacing federal workers?
