Request for Congressional Action Regarding FEMA Official’s Teleportation Claims
To: Sen. Grassley, Sen. Ernst, Rep. Nunn
From: A verified voter in Des Moines, IA
March 21
I am writing to request a direct explanation of what Congress is doing in response to the public statements made by Gregg Phillips, Director of the Office of Response and Recovery at FEMA. As has been reported nationally, Mr. Phillips has stated that he has been teleported against his will (including into a ditch and into a Waffle House located approximately fifty miles away) with no passage of time.
I want to emphasize that I am not paraphrasing here.
These are his words.
These statements are public. They are on the record. They remain uncorrected.
Given that a senior federal official is asserting that random teleportation of U.S. citizens is occurring, I am asking you plainly:
What steps is Congress taking to investigate these teleportation events, and what actions are being taken to prevent them from happening to other Americans?
This is not a theoretical concern. These are claims made by a top FEMA official responsible for national emergency management. If such events are occurring, Congress has an obligation to investigate immediately.
Your constituents deserve a clear answer!
What investigations have been opened?
What committees are reviewing these reported teleportations?
What measures are being taken to ensure the safety of U.S. citizens?
What oversight is being applied to FEMA in light of these statements?
I expect a direct, substantive response outlining exactly what Congress is doing to address and prevent the random teleportations described by Mr. Phillips.
