I want the Congressmember to vote NO on H.R. 9495. The Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act. This bill has some good provisions, but it also enables the Treasury Secretary to revoke the tax-exempt status of any o rganization he or she deems to be working with terrorists.
