PETITION: No Unauthorized Wars -- Not in Our Names
DragQueenActivist.com
On January 3, 2026, without a declaration of war or a vote of Congress, U.S. forces invaded Venezuela and seized its president.
On February 28, without public debate or congressional authorization, the United States and Israel launched Operation Epic Fury -- a sustained military campaign against Iran.
No hearings. No votes. No consent.
Our "Fearless Leader" is not running a foreign policy -- he's running amok. And Congress is letting him.
These actions are illegal. Not a single conflict during Trump's second term has been preceded by a campaign to win public support, and Congress has not voted to authorize any of them. That's not strength. That's a president with no leash and a legislature too frightened to hold it.
We are not naive about the men targeted. But the law doesn't have a carve-out for bad guys -- and neither does blowback. History is unambiguous: unilateral military aggression plants seeds for the next generation of retaliation. We are not making America safer. We are writing the recruitment scripts for future acts of terror that our children and grandchildren will live with.
Trump has also threatened military operations in Colombia and suggested the United States could acquire Greenland by force. Venezuela. Iran. Colombia. Greenland. Who's next?
We do not consent.
We do not consent to wars waged in our names without our representatives' votes.
We do not consent to the precedent that a president can bomb sovereign nations on a whim.
We do not consent to trading diplomacy for spectacle and calling it strength.
We DEMAND:
An immediate end to all unauthorized military operations in Iran, Venezuela, and beyond
Congress invoke its constitutional war powers -- immediately
A return to diplomacy as the first resort, not the last afterthought
The Founders built Checks and Balances for exactly this moment.
Congress: do your job. Control your President. End these wars NOW.
