This is embarrassing, dangerous, and entirely beneath the United States of America. The world is watching our president circulate grotesque AI-generated videos depicting people being blown up while leading us into a war with no clear objective, exit strategy, or apparent understanding of military policy and escalation. Please do something—not only for the sake of my children, but for America’s safety, credibility, and legacy. This war should never have been started, and we cannot continue alienating our closest allies while escalating conflicts that could have devastating consequences. If the United States is increasingly viewed alongside authoritarian governments such as Russia, China, and North Korea, then our elected leaders have a duty to stop, examine where we are headed, and change course. Continuing down this path will further divide our country, weaken our alliances, and damage America’s standing for generations. I served this country because I believed in what America was supposed to represent. I want my children to inherit a nation worthy of that service and of the ideals our founders entrusted to us. Congress must find the courage to fulfill its constitutional responsibilities and stand up to a convicted felon who is bleeding America dry. Silence and compliance are choices, and history will remember who chose country over one man. Please act. Rein in this administration, oppose further escalation, protect our alliances, and defend the Constitution before even more irreversible damage is done.
