Begin impeachment proceedings now against Trump, Miller, and the officials responsible for NSPM-7, the September 25 memorandum that weaponizes Joint Terrorism Task Forces against peaceful protesters, nonprofits, activists, and donors. This memo uses vague labels like "anti-Americanism" and "extremism on race and gender" to criminalize protected First Amendment activity. That is not a policy disagreement — it is an authoritarian abuse of power. The Constitution does not bend to executive memoranda. The First Amendment protects peaceful protest.
