I am writing as a constituent to demand that no one receive special treatment in the Epstein case and that full transparency be provided regarding any agreements, inducements, or considerations offered to key witnesses. Without transparency we can only assume Maxwell was bribed to keep horrifying secrets that implicated powerful monsters.
Recent partial releases and continued secrecy have deepened public concern and eroded trust. Survivors and the public deserve clarity about what has been withheld, what remains sealed, and whether any private arrangements have limited truthful testimony or public accountability. Independent investigation and public hearings are essential to restore confidence.
If any public officials or powerful figures are named in records, they must not be shielded or extracted from scrutiny. Equal application of the law is non-negotiable. Congress has a constitutional duty to ensure transparency, oversight, and accountability.
Separately, I am troubled by racial rhetoric coming from the White House that is divisive or demeaning. Leadership sets the tone for our country. Please consider whether continued silence in the face of behavior that undermines dignity and equal respect reflects the values of the people you represent.
I urge you to support:
• Full public release of all Epstein-related records, with necessary redactions to protect victims
• Independent investigations and public hearings, including transparency about any witness agreements
• Clear statements and actions affirming that no one is above the law
• Oversight to ensure federal leadership reflects the values of dignity and equal respect
Utahns deserve leadership that stands for accountability, transparency, and respect for all people. Please step forward.
• Speaking out against racism being distributed from our President. This is something that Utah cannot support or ignore.
