This has crossed from negligence into open lawlessness. In December, Congress passed a binding mandate requiring the Department of Justice to release the Epstein files. That mandate carries the force of law. It is not advisory language. It is not a “when convenient” request. It is a direct order from a co-equal branch of government. The DOJ has ignored it. Pam Bondi and DOJ leadership are now in active defiance of Congress, the Constitution, and the American people. That is not a policy disagreement. That is contempt of Congress.
