Vote to Release the Epstein Files—Americans Demand Transparency

To: Sen. Hawley, Sen. Schmitt

From: A verified voter in Kansas City, MO

November 17

I am writing because the American people are done tolerating secrecy, double standards, and the protection of the powerful. The upcoming vote to release the Epstein files is a defining moment for every elected official in Washington—including you. There is no legitimate reason for these records to remain hidden. The public deserves to know who enabled, participated in, or helped conceal one of the most disturbing criminal networks in modern history. Full transparency is the bare minimum. Your vote will speak louder than any statement or press release. A vote for releasing the files shows you stand with your constituents, with victims, and with accountability. Any vote against transparency—or any attempt to delay, weaken, or bury this issue—will make the public question whether you are protecting individuals involved or have something to hide yourself. And let me be clear: the midterms are hanging in the balance. Voters are paying attention. People are exhausted by corruption and excuses. How you vote on this issue will absolutely influence how your constituents view your integrity, your priorities, and your fitness to continue representing them. This is a line-in-the-sand moment. Stand on the side of justice—not the side of shielding predators. Missourians are watching.
