I am saddened to learn that the recent updates to DHS's border wall includes Big Bend National Park. ndue burdens on the park or allowing mass illegal migration. Customs and Border Protection already maintains a presence in Big Bend, given its status as a borderland park, and the current system is not presenting u arm the region’s wild scenery and thriving community-based tourism Building a wall here makes no logistical sense and only serves to h economy. Use technology, of course, to protect our border - but don't put up an eyesore and physical barrier to wildlife in such a precious ecosystem and place.
