Revoke discriminatory transgender military ban protecting readiness, inclusion

To: Sen. Fetterman, Rep. Houlahan, Sen. McCormick

From: A verified voter in Oxford, PA

August 8

The Trump administration's policy forcing transgender troops out of the military is discriminatory and harmful. Dedicated service members who are transgender should be able to continue serving based on their performance and merit, not pushed out solely because of their gender identity. This ban undermines military readiness by depriving our armed forces of skilled and loyal personnel. I urge you to take action to revoke this unethical policy and ensure all qualified individuals can serve in the U.S. military regardless of gender identity or expression. Our military is strongest when it promotes inclusion and does not arbitrarily reject capable service members.
