As your constituent in Texas and a proud American citizen, I am imploring you to cease this nonsense of building a ballroom by the President. In this economy and our ever tragically rising debt we cannot afford such nonsense- it’s all for his fragile ego. You, the elected officials of Congress have the power and duty to the American people to stop this! It needs to end and the refurbishing of the destruction to the historic East Wing needs to be repaired/restored under your scrutiny of solid leadership and contractors bids ( no Trump crony crap). Irony how he was allowed to demolish the east wing without any word from Congress. All under the guise of not using taxpayers monies. All would be paid for with private donations! BS. Here we are now, sitting holding a billion dollar invoice for a damn ballroom. This is insanity. Stop it now
