Todd Blanche is STILL unfit to be AG. Vote NO on his confirmation, both in committee and the floor. This piece of paper he issued DOES NOT END the slush fund or the IRS immunity since the “settlement” requires agreement to an amendment ending it by ALL parties, NOT just the DOJ. Do you really think Trump, as the plaintiff, will agree to toss it out? Particularly given his repeated PUBLIC statements to the contrary. NONE of that “settlement” should be allowed to go forward given the originating suit was a fraud on the court in the first place, and while you may present yourself as having gained concessions, you’ve gotten NOTHING, and as soon as Blanche is confirmed, the slush fund AND perpetual tax immunity will be resurrected. I’m ashamed to be a constituent of yours when the political maneuvering is so blatantly obvious. Pathetic.
