Demand the Immediate Public Release of the Epstein Case Files

To: Rep. García

From: A constituent in Chicago, IL

January 8

I am writing as a constituent to demand the immediate and complete public release of all remaining files related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. The continued secrecy surrounding these records has severely undermined public trust in our justice system and in the integrity of government institutions. Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes involved widespread abuse, trafficking, and the exploitation of minors, and credible evidence indicates that powerful individuals may have enabled, participated in, or covered up this criminal activity. The public has a right to know who was involved and who was protected. Selective disclosure, redactions without clear justification, and years of delay have only fueled suspicion that political influence is being used to shield individuals from accountability. Justice cannot be partial, and transparency cannot depend on wealth, status, or political connections. As a member of the House of Representatives, you have both the authority and the obligation to ensure oversight of federal agencies and to protect the public’s right to truth. I urge you to: Publicly call for the full, unredacted release of all Epstein-related case files, including investigative records, communications, plea agreements, and non-prosecution decisions. Support or introduce legislation compelling disclosure and preventing future suppression of evidence in cases involving powerful interests. Demand accountability from any officials or agencies that obstructed justice or failed to act despite credible evidence of abuse. This is not a partisan issue. It is a matter of justice, transparency, and the protection of victims. Continued secrecy only serves those who abused their power and failed to protect vulnerable people. I expect a clear public statement outlining your position and the actions you will take to ensure these files are released without further delay.
