Please oppose the designation of a national energy emergency and negatively targeting wind energy. Last year was the hottest on record, and the U.S. already produces more oil and natural gas than any other country.  The designation is a ploy to speed development of fossil fuel facilities without due diligence. We need to support wind and other clean energy sources.
