An Open Letter

To: Gov. Hochul, Sen. Harckham, Assembly Member Levenberg

From: A verified voter in Shrub Oak, NY

May 26

I want to voice my strong support for Assembly Bill A3312. This bill is about lowering the draconian standards to get on the NYS ballot to a more reasonable standard. I do not understand why the Democratic Party which literally is in charge of our state would FEAR allowing minor parties on the ballot. For a party that proclaims it’s fighting to save democracy we sue make that impossible for voices that don’t follow the Democratic or Republican parties lines. That’s wrong. Please support this bill. Thank you
