Israel's ongoing military assault on Gaza has caused immense suffering and loss of innocent civilian lives. The disproportionate use of force against a densely populated area is unacceptable and violates international law. I urge you to take immediate action by suspending all arms sales and military aid to Israel until they end their indiscriminate attacks and agree to a ceasefire. Continuing to enable this violent oppression makes us complicit. As a nation committed to human rights, we must use our leverage to demand an end to this humanitarian crisis and pursue a just and lasting peace.
