The lack of FBI investigations into ICE and DHS officer-involved shootings and deaths in DHS custody is unacceptable. When federal agents kill, or when people die while detained, silence and inaction signal impunity. Congress has a duty to force independent FBI review of every fatal incident involving DHS personnel or custody. Oversight without enforcement is meaningless. Equal justice requires consequences, not excuses.
